Consumer Reports' Latest Survey Ranks Drugs Stores on Knowledge, Accuracy, Service, Speed and Courtesy

SAN FRANCISCO - April 13, 2011 - Health Mart® a national network of nearly 2,900 independently owned pharmacies, announced the availability of the 2011 edition of Consumer Reports' Drug Store Report on 'Best Drugstores'.
In the report, Consumer Reports ranks drugs stores on four categories directly rated by more than 43,000 Consumer Reports readers in the yearlong survey:
- Speed and accuracy
- Helpfulness and courtesy
- Knowledge
- Personal service
The Consumer Reports' rankings come on the heels of Health Mart being selected as a J.D. Power 2011 Customer Service Champion in February, further reinforcing that consumers associate Health Mart pharmacies with leading customer service.

According to the Consumer Reports press release announcing the results, 94 percent of surveyed readers who shopped at independent drug stores including Health Mart were "highly satisfied with their experiences."
"Independents made fewer errors, offered swifter service at the pharmacy counter and were much more likely to have medications ready for pickup when promised," according to the release.
